The HR manager is responsible for the full range of HR functions, including employee relations, and providing advice and guidance to employees working online. The HR Manager promotes and fosters teamwork and collaboration. This role works very closely with senior leaders to ensure that HR programs and initiative support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in online working environment as well as HR field.

HRM responsibilities are the following:

· Talent Acquisition and Management: develop recruitment strategies; support hiring managers during the recruitment process; advise and make recommendations to managers; create retention and engagement strategies; oversee the annual performance review process

· Develop with all levels of management, the administration of Human Resources policies and procedures.

· Employee Relations: ensure employee relations issues are resolved;

· Compensation & Benefits: ensure all compensation changes are accurate; manage and negotiate contracts with vendors; administer and manage plans

· Management Relations: act as an advisor and consultant to all managers, assist with succession planning; design and implement the HR business plan; participate in management meetings

· Performance Management: provide input and guidance on performance issues, coach managers to help them get the most out of their teams, oversee the annual performance review process

· Provide assistance to managers/supervisors and employees on coaching, mentoring, training/development; corrective action, performance management, rewards and recognition, etc.

· Training and Development: coordinate and facilitate training, manage the training budget

· Other HR functions: policy and program development, communications, health & safety, reporting…etc.

· Any other relevant tasks.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a unionized manufacturing environment

· University Degree (preferred Master degree) and or college diploma in HR, certified human resource professional “CHRP” or relevant degree.

· Experience working and managing online work.

· Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to influence and negotiate

· Ability to develop trust; build and maintain relationships with all employees

· High level of integrity, straight forward approach and ability to inspire confidence

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills

· Detail oriented, highly organized

· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic HR plans

· Strong problem solving skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines

· Proficient computer skills: Online work MS Office, HR systems
