SALES OUTDOOR MANAGER
Required For a leading office furniture company in cairo
– Contribution to the company strategy from the outdoor sales to commercial Aspects.
– Develop and manage a strategic sales and service plan.
– Sells outdoor office furniture products by implementing sales plans; supervising outdoor sales staff.
– Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing semi-annual sales quotas for outdoor team ; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
– Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
– Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
– Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
-Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-Assisting Outdoor sales team in Completing offers ; by Participating in Clients Meetings, Presentation & offer.
Requirements:
– University or college degree.
– Strong communication skills.
– Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
– Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
-Very Good English language Oral & written.
-years of Experience 5-8 years
-Gender not Specified.
