-Preparing customer sales invoices.
-Receiving and Finishing extracts from the technical office that related to customers
-Receiving sales orders from sales department included payment terms.
-Receiving purchase orders stamped from customers
-Receiving the extracts from the technical office.
-Review the Extracts with Customer Contracts and adding the customer payment in the extracts.
-Preparing daily customers report explaining the company due.
-Following up with customers to accelerate the collection process.
-Preparing customers statements when required
•Education: bachelor’s degree in accounting Experience: 2 – 4 years Experience
-Possess high reporting skills
•Location: Sheikh Zayed
•Working days :(Sun -Thru)
•Working hours :(9:00 AM to 5:30PM)
•Language: •Good Command of the English language
