Biomedical Technical Support Engineer A leading Medical company NOW Hiring a Biomedical Technical Support Engineer Job Responsibilities: • Developing and maintaining excellent technical knowledge about company’s range of products FAQs common problems trouble shooting. • Communicating with manufacturers in technical support related issues including training spare parts • orders spare parts replacements retrofits software upgrades and remote support. • Receiving and handling customers’ technical complaints and inquiries through technical hotline • support email and remote sessions. • Assurance of proper technical documentation by following up receiving and handling all documentation of technical procedures including technical/installation reports warranty forms. • Preparing and following all quotations requests according to definite price list. • Coordination between Customers Logistics and Technical Support team to assure flawless operations minimum operational time/effort and maximum customer’s satisfaction.

• Pre/Post visits customer’s feedback collection and survey. • Handling needed technical team purchases and tools management. • Preparing and following up a firmly scheduled time plan for field technical support team considering logistical and customers’ requirements. • Keeping and reporting performance records of technical support team members to management staff. • Planning and supporting the logistics of technical team training plans inside and outside Egypt. • Communicating technical updates with sales department on periodic basis. • Coordinating with logistics team and inventory to assure fast and smooth handling of spare parts orders and proper stock level of spare parts. • Coordinating with customers and trainers for post installation customer’s training. • Scheduling and following up technical support team tasks. • Exchanging technical emails with manufacturers. • issuing purchasing requests of technically related items. • attend all the medical conferences to handle all the technical issues. Requirements: • Fluency in English is a (MUST). • Proven working experience in technical support (0-2 years). • Flexibility with the working hours. • Ability and willingness to provide pre-sales support. • Excellent communication Skills problems solving skills and handling complex situations with different personalities. • General Shift (9 AM – 5 PM) • Education must have Bachelor’s degree and graduated from Biomedical and Systems Engineering • Office time 90% and field time 10%. • Perfect Microsoft office user. • Cairo Resident.
