Relationship Assistant (Customer Service and Sales)

>Description: Opening clients’ accounts, selling the bank’s products. Handling all problems that face our clients. Co-ordinates between client and all bank’s departments, and related industries.

>Requirements: Customer Service & Sales oriented – Sales includes indoor & outdoor constant activities. Excellent communication skills. Presentation skills. Working under budget stress. Excellent command of English language – mastering both communication and written skills. French language is an added value. Excellent Computer skills. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or relevant discipline. 0-3 years of experience.

Location: Any of CAE branches distributed within Egypt.

Teller

>Description: Promote and sell full range of products / services to current and potential customers at the counter via creating leads / referrals on daily. Spot and handle all cross-selling opportunities for opening account to beneficiaries of cheques or transfers. Receive and process cash / cheque deposits from customers. En-cash Bank cheque or withdrawals, coupon payment and mutual fund dividends / breaking to customers.

>Requirements: Service quality oriented. High control over Cash area. Excellent communication skills. Excellent command of English language – mastering both communication and written skills. French language is an added value. Excellent Computer skills. Interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or relevant discipline. 0-3 years of experience.

Location: Any of CAE branches distributed within Egypt.

Enterprises’ Banking Relationship Officer (SMEs)

>Description: Ensure providing the required superior service to all customers his/her Business Center. Liaise with other departments to ensure that existing as well as new customers’ inquiries / activities are promptly dealt with. Proactively solve customer problems or complaints. Work closely with other departments within CAE to cross sell identified products and to demonstrate professionalism in understanding customers’ business needs. Handle borrowing clients’ daily transactions. Ensure that all control, operational and audit issues are properly applied. Identify prospect clients to be introduced to the bank as per pre-defined criteria. Promote / Cross sell CAE products / Services.

>Requirements: Excellent communications & interpersonal skills. Time management and organizational skills, ability to work under stress. Team Player and fast learner.

Call Center Agent

>Description:

• Handles all inquiries related to the Bank products/services & Marketing campaigns [Inbound/Outbound]

• Handles the clients’ complaints & act on decrease its ratio

• Meets Call Center KPI’s

• Achieves the monthly benchmark [calls monitoring/CRM]

• Applies customer service policy & online help to the callers

• Achieves the assigned targets
