We are hiring the following position:
Training & Development Manager
Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Main Responsibilities:
– Identify and assess future and current training needs
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
– Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
– Manage training budget
– Provide opportunities for ongoing development
– Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Qualifications:
– BS degree in business administration or any suitable discipline
– Proven work experience as a Training Manager in manufacturing companies
– Master’s Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
– Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
– Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
– Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
