Senior HR Generalist is required for immediate hiring at IntCore
Responsibilities:
– Manage the recruitment and selection process.
– Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
– Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
– Report to management and provide decision support.
– Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in the same role
– Experience in most of the HR functions
– Experience in the IT/Software Development industry is mandatory
– Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
