1- Web Developer Job Description
Job Description
We are looking for a Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
Responsibilities
• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script.
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including but not limited to AngularJS, jQuery, BackboneJS.
• Knowledge in integrating credit card payment gateways, PayPal integration is a must have.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Experience with Visual Studio 2010, or newer versions, 1-2 years experience developing applications in .NET environment; Net 4.0 or above preferred; C# languages preferred
• Experience maintaining and configuring IIS 6.0 or IIS 7.0 preferred; experience with MS SQL Server; basic experience with Agile Development Methodology.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
• Experience in financial market will be a plus but a must.
• MCSD: Web application tracks 480, 486, 487 are highly preferred.
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science from a reputable university is required.
( 2) – Software Developer C# (Junior-Senior)- Job Description
Job Description
We are looking for a C# developer responsible for building C# applications, including anything from back-end services to their client-end counterparts. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.
Responsibilities
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and atomization.
Skills
• Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.
• Experience with Visual Studio 2010, or newer versions; .NET framework 4.0 or above.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Skill for writing reusable C# libraries
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C#
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with popular web application frameworks.
• Familiarity with Windows Presentation Framework.
• Knack for writing clean, readable C# code
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Experience in financial market will be a plus but a must.

(3) Mobile Application Developer – Job Description
Job Description
We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of Mobile devices including mobile phones and tablets. Your primary focus will be development of iOS/Android applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.
Responsibilities
• Design and build applications for the iOS/Android platforms.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Skills
• 3-5 years of proven experience in UI and mobile applications developing (Android/IOS).
• Development Skill Set: UI, HTML5,XML, SOAP, REST, Javascript, JQuery Mobile, jQuery, CSS3, PhoneGap/Apache Cordova.
• Understands and has practical experience using the Agile Practices and Principles.
• Experience in application security and mobile security.
• Experience with performance tuning.
• Strong UI experience.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to meet deadlines and juggle priorities
• Must have analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identify customizations
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Experience in financial market will be a plus but a must.
