We are hiring an Operations Specialist!
Job Responsibilities:
1. Leading, supervising and mentoring the project’s participants to ensure effectiveness of implementation plan to achieve INJAZ-Egypt target.
2. Place and communicate with the project’s participants the sessions at schools according to the assigned implementation schedule to ensure a smooth and effectiveness implementation plan to achieve INJAZ-Egypt Target.
3. Update database with the data required from the implementation session according to INJAZ-Egypt regulations and submit the documents to the M&E department on a weekly basis including exceptions to ensure the effectiveness and matching of the ongoing process vs plan.
4. Monitor and evaluate the implementation schedule and the project’s participants performance through daily field visits to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation plan according to INJAZ-Egypt standards.
5. Handle training’s logistics to monitor, report training delivery to ensure that the learning objective of the project is met
6. Communicate and follow-up with the project’s participants all projects activities and deadline to ensure the effectiveness of program’s implementation according to project management’s standards.
Qualification & Work Experience
1. Qualifications: Excellent command of English spoken & written, diverse communication skills, flexibility, presentation skill, public speaking skills, Extra curricula activities
2. Experience: 0-2 years in relevant field (Education, development, training, Entrepreneurship)
3. Education: Bachelor Degree at Business Administration or Mass Com
