Document controller is required at Major for construction and Decoration . ( three vacancies available ) job code : M 07 Job Description: Copy scan and store documents . Create Review and update technical documents (e.g. Technical submittals manuals) . Manage the flow of documentation within the organization . Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure including technical documents drawings and commercial correspondence. Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date. Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff subcontractors and suppliers as applicable .

Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly . Maintain the files and control logs as required . Help project managers develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes drawings specifications approvals and related items. Responsible for training employees on records management procedures and policies which include documentation retention retrieval destruction and disaster recovery. Assist follow up the process workflow. Job Requirements : Bachelor degree ( is a must ) . From 5 to 8 years Experience in the same rule . Good Command of English language . Proven work experience as a Document Controller in a construction company ( is a must ) . Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel . Proficient typing and editing skills . Familiarity with project management . Ready to join in one week . Location (Sheraton Smart Village October ).
