Human Resources Manager

Experience required Minimum 7-10 y. in HR and Administration with industry experience of Renewable Energy/ EPC/ MEP/ Solar etc. ( Minimum 2 y. of managerial experience )
Responsibilities
-Implements HRs strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, training and development, records management, employee relations and retention, compliance as per local law and Labour relations.
-Manages HRs operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and disciplining staff; monitoring, appraising, maintaining compensation, designing systems; accumulating resources and resolving problems.
-Develops HRs operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, developing action plans; analyzing results; initiating corrective actions.
-Plan the workmen requirement in consultation with Project Director and Head of HR and coordinate with placement agencies or consultants for recruitment of workmen.
-Other Educational background: Master’s degree in business administration, HRs or related field is required
