A Human Resources Manager is now needed for a new construction entity with the below requirements :– Exp from 10 up to 15 years is a must .
– construction field experience is a must .
– Experience in conducting the overall HR functions ( Recruitment , Payroll , Personnel, Training &Development , Organization Development ) is a must .
– Experience in establishing a Human Resources systems from scratch .
– HR diploma is a must .
– MBA holder is highly preferred .
– Excellent up to fluent English level is a must .
– strong leadership , communication , time management & problem solving competencies are required .
