Job Purpose
Working in close partnership with sales teams to provide regional coaching and delivery of training for new joiners and existing sales executives; maximizing sales skills and capability, functional and technical skills development and product and content knowledge of sales executives.

Key Accountabilities

Planning and Organization

To provide sales coaching on the job to develop personal and team performance to achieve targets.

To deliver technical, behavioral and core skills training incl. new joiner induction and skills refresh workshops in line with business needs.

To prioritize agent sales capability incl. core selling skills, product/content knowledge, op processes to differentiate vs our competitors to drive more sales and a brilliant customer experience.

To deliver against an agreed plan, to update and report on the status of all coaching activity, training delivery and training projects.

Manages own time effectively to enable adequate preparation to coach individuals and confidently deliver courses, supplying required materials for delegates, against a demanding delivery schedule.

Responsible for organizing coaching visits and course bookings, ensuring all delegate attendance / feedback records are managed accordingly.

To work closely with the direct sales management team to identify training gaps and under achievement of sales executives, agreeing improvement goals to develop performance.

Responsible for management and maintenance of training room equipment, by taking ownership of its care and managing broken/misplaced materials and aids.

Reviews and discusses feedback with key stakeholders to ensure that all outcomes are appropriately captured with further recommendations made – incl. production coaching / training reports.

Coaching &/or delivering training minimum three to four days per week to maximize agent performance.

Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies

Experience required:

Experience of training/working within a sales (preferably direct/retail sales) environment – essential

At least 3 years’ experience of coaching/training within a complex field/retail and sales/commercial orientated environment – desirable.

Computer literate – including Microsoft suite and presentation packages – essential.

Ability to be flexible in both working environments and locations.

Education requirement:

Qualified to High School level.

Training and Development certification is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

An extensive knowledge and experience of coaching and training delivery techniques with an appetite to stay ahead of latest learning methodologies and technologies – essential.

High levels of self-motivation, bringing enthusiasm and energy to team & peer group.

Strong team skills with proven ability to work collaboratively.

Strong verbal and written communication (Arabic and English) – essential.

Results orientated.
