Fawry is currently Hiring ” Recruitment Specialist”

Location : 4 days Mokattam, 1 day in Smart Village

Fixed salary
Social and medical insurance
Transportation allowance and transportation to smart village

Job Duties:

• Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Human Resources interviews).

• Responsible for recruitment for Sales, Retail positions.

• Responsible for preparing job offer, contracts and hiring documents.

• Handle the on boarding of new employees.

Requirements :

• Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce or any other relevant major.

• Years of Experience: 2-4 years , preferably in Telecom Operators, Banking or massive hiring “Call Center”

• Very Good command of English

• Good in communication & negotiation skills

• HR certificate or diploma is a plus

• To be able to start work within one week maximum
