Fawry is currently Hiring “Recruitment Specialist”Job Duties:
• Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Human Resources interviews).
• Responsible for recruitment for Sales, Retail positions.
• Responsible for preparing job offer, contracts and hiring documents.
• Handle the on boarding of new employees.
Requirements :
• University Degree
• Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at retail sector
• Fluency in English Language
• Good in communication & negotiation skills
• HR certificate or diploma is a plus
• To be able to start work within two weeks maximum
• Location : Mokattam
