Duties:
• Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).
• Responsible for recruitment for Sales, Retail positions
• Responsible for preparing job offer, contracts and hiring documents
• Handle the on boarding of new employees.
• Handle the resignation of existing employees and their proper and on-time replacement
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce or any other relevant major.
• Years of Experience: 4-6 years, preferably in Retail -Telecom Operators
• Massive hiring experience is a must.
• Very Good command of English
• Good in communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to manage stress & meet deadlines
• Ability to travel within Egypt
