Recruitment Specialist
Location: Mokattam
Job Duties:
• Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Human Resources interviews).
• Responsible for recruitment for Sales, Retail positions.
• Responsible for preparing job offers, contracts, and hiring documents.
• Handle the onboarding of new employees.
Requirements :
• University Degree
• Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at the retail sector
• Fluency in English Language
• Good in communication & negotiation skills
• HR certificate or diploma is a plus
