Job Description :
– Coordinates with local and foreign procurement activities.
– Ensure the efficient acquisition of goods at fair prices.
– Maintain communication with Suppliers.
– Track orders and maintain accurate purchase records.
– Maintain up-to-date records of procurement documents such as purchase orders, bid proposals and vendor reviews.
– Develop and implement a suitable filing system.
– Research potential vendors .
– Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
– Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
– Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
– Review the quality of purchased materials.
– Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
– Maintain updated records of purchased Materials, delivery information and invoices.
– Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
– Experience : 3 – 5 Years
– Location : 10 the of Ramadan
– Gender : Males
– Days off : Friday
– Working Hours : 8:00 Am to 5:00 Pm
Job Requirements :
– Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) .
– BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field.
– Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, .
– Excellent MS Office & English .
