They are looking for a talented Purchasing & warehousing specialist with the following responsibilities:
– Responsible for Warehouse Inventory.
– Responsible for purchasing.
– Review the printing and production materials.
– Providing periodic reports to finance.
– Track orders & ensure timely delivery.
– Prepare cost analysis.
– Review the quality of purchased products & good study – or technical datasheet.
– Maintain procurement records such as items purchased costs, delivery time, product quality, supplier performance, and inventories.
– Analyze and evaluate current and potential vendors in consideration of the internal quality and cost requirements.
– Report and analyze the missing materials.
– File all paperwork per documented procedures.
– Creating an efficient system and keeping a clean warehouse are important parts of the Warehouse Specialist’s job.
Job requirements
– Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business or any related field to supply chain.
– EXCELLENT attendance: timely, reliable and flexible for over-time hours if needed.
– Great computer skills with the ability to learn new software; working knowledge of Microsoft application
– Detail-oriented
– Valid Driver’s License
– Purchase order creation and processing.
– Knowledge of market research.
– Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
– Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
