Klick90 is looking for a Social Media Community Manager on a full-time basis in New Cairo.
We’re looking for creative individuals with a keen eye on digital trends who are actively looking into the newest ways to engage with potential audiences. A perfect fit for the position would be individuals with previous proven experience in managing and cultivating online platforms for clients in various industries.
They will be responsible for responding to customer requests, messages, and online engagements. They will also be working within a team and will have to report to different team members as well as provide support for the account managers responsible for the accounts. Most importantly, they should always be able to optimize their client’s digital presence.
Deliverables include but are not limited to:
-Managing our client’s social media accounts daily and ensuring all customer/audience engagements, messages and interactions are positive and constructive for the brand while maintains their TOV.
-Actively looking for different ways to improve and manage different brand’s online communities and their interactions with their audiences.
-Coming up with and executing digital strategies to optimize the client’s digital presence, as well as, working with our account management team to optimize and reach the client’s KPIs.
-Working on different strategies and processes to engage and manage the client’s digital community and day-to-day handling.
