Graphic Designers & Account Executives NEEDED URGENTLY
For an Advertising Agency located in Heliopolis:
Works under the supervision of the account manager
Posses and demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the dynamics and workings of clients’ business
Demonstrates knowledge of the overall social landscape and is a subject matter expert in planning and launching social media pages
Demonstrates a pervasive knowledge of client and agency operations and working agency mix
Advocates for the social team internally, and keeps the integrated agency team informed, focused and enthused about the work and the business
Manage execution of social media campaigns, including the launch of an international brand presence on various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, instagram)
Develops in-depth business and reporting
Actively manages and communicates changes to plans
Able to lead and actively contribute to a strategic and efficient content management plan
Responsible for regular budget maintenance, reporting and re-calibration recommendations
Leads interface with cross-functional teams in an IMC environment
Monitors on strategy, on-time, on-budget project performance – and escalates as necessary
Ability to understand and manage details of planning, execution and content plan
Ability to understand, analyze and document strategic initiatives
Challenges direction, or the status quo, and proactively seeks alternate perspectives and approaches in developing effective social strategies
Create, write and present social content
Collaborates with others to creation social communications plans
Employ a variety of research techniques to understand and analyze online data and provide insight about relevant online conversations and voices in those conversations
Manage and communicate deadlines and issues across multiple projects and work streams
1-3 years of experience in social media, branding or marketing
Agency experience is a plus
A-B social experience a must
Can work on tasks independently, with direction
Must be passionate about a quickly-evolving social media environment
Be creatively charged + enthusiastic when working on social projects
Outstanding research and analytical skills a must
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
Ability to work effectively and proactively within an integrated team setting
Experience launching brands on various social media platforms
Able to train others on applying brand concepts/voice in social media
bachelor’s degree is a requirement
Versatile, flexible and highly creative graphic design position.
Must have experience in agencies, on major brands working on presentations as well as creative campaign connecting.
Must have excellent design skills, be excited by new technology and interested in incorporating that passion into your work. An understanding of media and advertising, a passion for social media and an understanding of how digital ideas work is critical. Experience of working to very tight deadlines and in high pressure, fast paced environments on new business very valuable.
The role includes daily support across the team with a particular focus on creating new business materials from logos to props. and online BTL adverts. Includes interacting with Photoshop jobs to mock up ideas, designing on all design interface and keeping the team on the forefront of creative thinking by sharing great creative ideas from around the world.
You will also be involved in agency communications such as its website or collateral that promotes the company.
