Real-Estate Senior Sales Agents
Working Days : 2 days off . 8 hours
Salary : from 4000 to 7000 ( Net Salary) +Commission
Location: New Cairo
Job Requirements:
-Market knowledge: New Cairo, New Capital, Heliopolis
-Experience Needed: 1+ Year is a MUST
– Good in English
– Strong sales skills, Very presentable.
Main Duties:
Property buyer/sellers lead generation through journals, real estate portals, referrals, and any others to generate leads.
Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
Answer client’s questions and queries.
Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
Negotiate processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
