About the Job
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Appraise properties to determine values.
  • Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms when applicable.
  • Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
  • Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sale/rental listings

About the Job
  • Assist Buyers & sellers in how to best promote their properties to attractadvantageous offers with the right price under the best terms.
  • Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions and prices to ensure a fair and honest dealing.
  • Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
  • Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
  • Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
  • Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties ‘value.
  • Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
  • Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc.)
  • Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
  • Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ of experience in Real Estate Field.
  • Proven working experience as a real estate broker and Commerce.
  • Proven track record of sales.
  • Extensive knowledge in that field
  • Strong communication skills flexible energetic.
  • Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
  • Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable attitude in negotiation. Trustworthyand results-driven.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
