- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Appraise properties to determine values.
- Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms when applicable.
- Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
- Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sale/rental listings

- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions and prices to ensure a fair and honest dealing.
- Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years’ of experience in Real Estate Field.
- Proven working experience as a real estate broker and Commerce.
- Proven track record of sales.
- Extensive knowledge in that field
- Strong communication skills flexible energetic.
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable attitude in negotiation. Trustworthyand results-driven.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
