*HR – RECRUITMENT & TRAINING SPECIALIST*
Is urgently needed for one of the biggest Factory’s in the field of paints, located in Obour city.
Work on the development of recruitment procedures and selection criteria with public policy and the creation of complementary administrative models.
Receive requests for employment from department managers and heads of sectors and verify the appropriations.
Conduct personal interviews, language tests and computer skills test.
Recruits, screens and interviews candidates for job openings.
Prepare annual training plan for company employees
Responsible for the execution of the training program.
Prepare evaluation for new and current employees.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, business administration or related field.
1+ year solid experience.
Hands-on experience in HR (Recruitment – Training).
Ability to communicate effectively.
The ability to organize, focus and work under pressure.
Very Good communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Very Good command of English language.
