Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Medicine.
Master Degree is Preferred
Experience: 3-5 Years of Managerial Experience.
5 years Previous experience in Clinical Practice.
Main Responsibilities :
Planning and allocating resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules.
Formulating professional development and educational plans for junior staff members.
Develop and implement internal auditing policies, procedures.
Recommend corrective action and suggest improvement.
Assisting in putting the plans for the monthly projects for the CRM campaigns.
Training the newly hired section heads in the department.
Evaluating the hired doctors in the department during the probation period.
