• Handle company recruitment process (Screening, filtration & conduct Phone interviews).
• Responsible for recruitment for Sales, Retail positions
• Responsible for preparing job offers, contracts and hiring documents
• Handle the on boarding of new employees.
• Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce or any other relevant major.
• Years of Experience: 1-3 years, preferably in Retail
• Massive hiring experience is a must.
• Very Good command of English
• Good in communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to manage stress & meet deadline
