Max GYM is looking for a results-driven “Branch Manager” to ensure that sales goals are met and office tasks are completed successfully in a timely manner.
Branch Manager Requirements :
1. Excellent organizational skills.
2.Ability to strategize and plan ahead.
3.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
6. Females only.
Branch Manager Responsibilities :
1. Train employees and evaluate their performances.
2. Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
3. Prepare reports on sales.
4. Create and maintain relationships with clients.
5.Liaise with other branches to share strategies.
6. Supervise the Whole Operational Procedures to ensure that they are all aligned
7.Coordinate between different departments
