About the job:
– Prepare and review clients & suppliers contracts, PO & job orders.
– Follow up on bank facilities.
– Matches & follow up on clients balances & collection.
– Follow up on bank accounts, statements and understand its procedures to perform the required transactions.
– Dealing with the suppliers (review invoices, taxation & match with the operation department & materials receiving notes).
– Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information in accordance to the EAS.
– Make sure that the payment is following the company policy & procedures.
– From 4 to 8 years experience of business finance or other relevant experience.
