MAM tours is hiring compensation and benefits officer:
Job description:
– Managing daily, weekly, monthly for each employee
– handling compensation (overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.)
– handling payroll process and social insurance process
– Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
– Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
– Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
– Prepare reports as needed
Qualification:
– Proven experience as payroll officer for 3 years
– Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
– Excellent communication skills
– English level: advanced
