HR & Admin Manager is required for Professional Services – Proserv :
Job duties :
•Managing and implementing organizational development process To work closely with the HR team to ensure an excellent HR service is delivered throughout.
•Manages the performance management process and monitors department’s performance evaluation process.
•Manage and develop selections and recruitments process.
•Support implementation of the HR processes, report design and development
•Liaising with finance & accountant dept. in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
•Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
•Manages and develops individual human resources staff to help them achieve full potential and deliver consistently high performance standards.
• High proficiency in computer application, especially in Excel and Power Point.
•Updates staff regularly and communicates plans to those involved.
•Computer application, especially high proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
•Up to 8 years of experience in multifunction HR operations.
•Very Good English.
