Mabany Facilities Is Now Hiring : Community Manager
Main Job Purpose:
Community Manager will be generally responsible for managing & handling both operational & strategical directions that include organizing, supervising facility operations such as maintenance, gardening, safety procedures & handling communications with customers, PR & events’ planning & management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Responsible for the well-being of the community and its residents managing on behalf of the owners the common areas of the property/community.
· Prepare annual budget and follow up on due payment to upkeep the common areas of the community.
· Manage the response and resolution of daily normal & emergency maintenance requests from owners as arised.
· Manage tasks recorded at the Help-desk and conduct report clarifying the success points and actions to be taken.
· Manage the resolution of issues with in-house and outside contractors and establishes priorities to ensure maintenance, housekeeping and security, needs are met.
· Supervise, direct & monitor all service providers as per contract and review their performance as per SLA’s and provide monthly report to management
· Organize and manage events to generate revenue and to meet customers’ needs
· Build relationships with customers and industry professionals
· Assist in developing and approving processes and policies to raise awareness of emergency situations
· Coordinate with contractors and service providers for all aspects of facility management; cleaning, pest control, waste management, preventive and corrective maintenance.
· Review stock inventory report on monthly basis
· Request monthly reports from service line suppliers (Housekeeping, Pest Control, Fire Fighting Equipments, etc) for assessment.
· Oversee outside contractors to ensure the property is properly maintained as per the company’s policies & procedures and maintenance agreements
· Respond to compound residents’ complaints and issues, serving as MF’s representative and the corporate office regarding the administration and application of resolving related issues in a timely manner.
· Maintain best practice in the delivery of community management services to livable zone.
· Manage and monitor the use of community facilities, ensuring that they are available, maintained and operated to the highest standard required.
· Be as MF internal auditor that help in applying community regulations where necessary serving and processing of violation orders and fines.
· Manage the portfolio of operations in the community ensuring the sustainability of required services (community development, FM, Security ect.)
· Acting as the 1st escalation point for critical or unresolved dispute or residents’ requests and follow up on solving them.
· Plan and coordinate tasks required to keep utility systems running smoothly with favorable efficiency
· Periodically checks according to schedule all community facilities and recommend preventive and corrective maintenance action
· Manage administratively the Supporting functions representative “ HR, Finance, customer relations and …etc
· Identify and achieve cost savings where required
· Coordinate with relevant departments and authorities to secure required approvals and permits and to maintain and assure a smooth work flow
· Ensure proper asset register are maintained with labelling and classification of all assets is accurately captured in the system.
· Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and Environmental codes.
· Assess risk prior of the project or maintenance work and ensure that the FM team follow safety methods, procedures, and techniques while carrying out their duties.
Job-Specific Skills & Requirements :
– Read and understand construction drawings, plans and specifications. – Organize and direct facility maintenance operations and activities. – A good understanding of property maintenance, methodologies and processes. – Excellent MS Office skills. – Supervise, train and evaluate assigned staff.
– Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
– Experience planning and leading community initiatives
– Excellent verbal communication skills
– Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
– Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
