Elbatal group is now hiring (2) Architectural Project ManagersJob Description:
– Develop and Review Building Plans
Developing building plans, usually collaborating with design and architect teams and reviewing plans for construction projects.
– Estimate Costs and Provide Oversight
project managers are responsible for estimating project costs and developing a budget.
– Oversee Scheduling and Timelines
manage schedules and timelines to prevent delays and ensure that projects are on time and within budget.
– Conduct Site Planning and Compliance
They are responsible for all aspects of site planning so that projects comply with local zoning, environmental, and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
BSc. Degree of Architecture. Ain shams or Cairo University is preferable.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the same field.
Experience in Residential Compounds is a must.
Excellent Leadership & Managerial skills.
– Site location: Obour City & Fifth settlement
– Transportation by the Company Car
