An opportunity to join our team at El Batal Group as a :“Commercial Property & Leasing Manager”
For our projects located:
1-Sheraton Heliopolis 2-5th settlement 3- 6th October city 4- Obour city
Role:
➢ Will report to the CEO, collaborate with the commercial team on facilitating the day to day management responsibilities and work closely with the outside brokers,
➢ Must have commercial real estate management and leasing experience
➢ In summary- tenant sourcing, rental negotiations, compiling of lease reports, managing retail leasing process, lease renewals, tenant relations, tenant mix.
Qualifications:
• Degree or equivalent level of education in any discipline
• 5- 7 years as a Leasing professional (real estate industry is a must))
• Good understanding of tenant mix and zoning.
• Knowledge of leasing contracts.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of Leasing market and practices in the local market
