Human Resources Coordinator
• Recruit new talents to “Learn Academy”
• Developing “Learn Academy” performance
• Prepares weekly report of the work progress in the department they are assigned to.
• Prepare members profile.

Learning and Development Coordinator
• Responsible for managing courses and workshops
• Screening applications to Attend the U.S Embassy IRC sessions
• Responsible for Providing and developing the material given to the participant.

Public Relations Coordinator
• Handling the relations between “Learne Academy” and other organizations
• Contact professional trainers and Handel all deals with sponsors
• Providing key speakers and media coverage if needed for all the events
• Responsible on organizing, decoration, reception and serving catering (event, training and outing… etc.)
• Purchasing all materials needed for our events.

Social Media Coordinator
• Manage all social media networks and website
• Brand “Learne Academy” activities.
• Plan for online marketing campaigns.
• Assure the growth of “Learne Academy” base of fans and supporters in general.

Graphic Designer
• Designing graphics for social media, rollups, banners, brochures, … etc.
