Description
1) • Participate in setting the strategic objectives of the company.
2) • Advice on job opportunities, or rules, regulations and policies affecting the human element of the company
3) • Ensure the completion of research procedures on labor issues and compensation of workers and employees. And discussing all issues related to human resources
4) • Develop, implement and manage the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions and job announcements, screening and interviewing candidates.
5) • Ensure that pay and benefits systems are developed and salary structure is developed annually based on performance evaluation results.
6) • Develop a plan to achieve job satisfaction and retain workers.
7) • Be a reference for all employees of the company to determine their career path and ways to develop them.
8) • Analyze training needs to design the staff development process and develop an annual training plan.
9) • Supervise the process of training and developing the skills of workers.
10) • Supervise the process of evaluating employees’ performance.
11) • Develop, implement and participate in staff discrimination programs.
12) • Ensure effective leadership in conflict resolution for all staff.
13) • Full knowledge of the procedures and policies of the company and work to achieve and adhere to.
14) • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing at all levels of staff and follow directions from senior management accurately.
Qualifications
1) HR Certificate is a must
2) Good office application user
3) Very good English written & conversation.
4) Good presentation & communication skills.
Compensation
Salary+ Incentives + Profit Share + Medical & Life Insurance.
