The position:
We are looking for a full time “IT specialist / Application support” to join our Family in ElMehy Engineering Company who will be responsible for:
• Install, qualify & troubleshoot informatics solutions onsite and at customers sites.
• Config and maintain the network and IT equipment
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the databases ensuring that they meet business requirements.
• Develop and manage back-up and recovery plans for the databases.
• Maintain the databases of all key applications, by extracting, cleansing, transforming, loading and maintaining data.
• Create document for each installation and maintenance.
• Ensure all manufacturer regulatory requirements & company procedures are met and carried out correctly.
• Prepare monthly and any needed reports.
Qualifications needed:
-Education: Computer science or any related computing faculty.
-Required Knowledge/Certificates:-
• Microsoft MCSE/ MCITP
• Database administration
Experience: + 2 years
Skills:
– Able to collect and analyze information and solve problems.
– Able to manage multiple responsibilities at once by focusing on one task while keeping track of others.
-Good English writing and speaking.
