We are looking for a full time “Logistics specialist” to join our Family in ELMehy Engineering Company. The “Logistics specialist” will be responsible for all logistics, communication and tracking of our purchase orders till delivery to our warehouse.
Including but not limited to:
• Receive purchase requests from all departments and send purchase orders to our suppliers.
• Coordinate with the forwarding agents for the clearance of our goods for both seaport & airport deliveries.
• Prepare all required bank forms for the shipping documents and follow up the delivery of original set of documents to our office or from bank to bank.
• Follow up with the freight forwarders, couriers and shipping lines for freight quotations and prices.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree Logistics & Maritime Transport.
-Experience: Minimum 3 years for experience.
– Able to collect and analyze information and solve problems.
– Able to manage multiple responsibilities at once by focusing on one task while keeping track of others.
-Very good English writing and speaking.
