Job description:
- Make the initial contact With the Customer requiring if his/her Unit is for sale.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Contact customers to propose the apartments and projects available at the company.
- Follow up customers and build strong professional relationship with them.
- Creating and updating activity reports.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Any Relevant Bachelor Degree.
- +1 year Proven experience as telesales Agent or customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, Microsoft office) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
