( Marketing manager )
Responsibilities
Evaluating, developing, and maintaining the marketing strategy of the company in line with company objectives.
Coordinate with advertising agencies to develop short term/long term advertising plan.
Developing the marketing budget, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
Researching the demand for the organization’s products and services.
Organizing company conferences, trade shows, major events, and marketing campaigns.
Building brand awareness.
Evaluating competitors, and modify company plans and strategies accordingly.
Handling social media, public relation.
Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Master degree in marketing is a plus
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager is a must.
Minimum of 5-years experience in the marketing field is a must (3 of them in Real estate investment).
Solid knowledge of website analytical tools.
Very good at English language
