Description -supervising a team of clerks -liaising with clients and other bank divisions -collating and analysing systems information -troubleshooting problems -pinpointing ways of improving and developing systems -helping to maximize efficiency and bank profitability -managing day-to-day banking processes -Assists in resolving customer problems beyond the supervisory level in all operational areas. -Successfully delivering and managing peak trading period in the retail industry -Responsibility and accountability for the operational performance of the client areas and for exceeding targets of all required metrics -The continuous identification implementation of operational best practice through interaction with the wider team -Motivate and effectively performance manage Operations Managers within the account to ensure delivery of overall targets and business plan
Qualifications 1- Bachelor degree in business administration or related filed . 2- Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft office . 3- Three years minimum experience in the filed 4- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
