Lead the media strategy with a strong focus on digital evolution thanks to recognized digital expertise and strong relationships abilities.
Generates Media strategy for in co-operation with marketing team using advanced techniques and applications
Leads the development, planning and execution of ATL activities and the most e-marketing activities (SEO, SEM, e-commerce, development of HCP and patient/career websites, HCP remote detailing)

Recommends budget (AOP) for media projects (volume, resources) and define the weight of digital adhering to the set strategy.
Lead the annual media deals negotiations in terms of buying.
Manages key digital projects (i.e., Web Builds, Apps, CRM, e-commerce platform)
Shapes and execute digital marketing activities (i.e., PPC, Email Marketing, CRM)
Collects and assesses data regarding market, target groups and competitors
Works cross-functionally to identify new growth opportunities
Optimizes and innovates existing digital offerings, tools and techniques to enhance the customer experience
Controls / tracks web activity, Evaluates progress in online activities using a mix of online traffic analytics and surveying tools
Works with others across functions to enhance ROI on e-activities using specific metrics / KPI’s
Designs management reports regarding internet activities with clearly defined KPIs
Builds long-term digital capabilities into category (i.e., CRM programs, data collection and integration)
Advocates the digital mind-set. Provide knowledge and expertise on best-in-class digital marketing techniques
Aligns with Central/Regional team on CBU on-line activities and leverages Global best practice
Initiates, leads and participates in international projects
