HR Coordinator (Males) at Tickets Marche
Responsibilities:
– Managing and recording of sickness absence records.
– Lateness recording for the entire team.
– To be responsible for inputting absence and leave of absence forms.

– Managing the holiday’s process and recording of all staff holidays in the team.
– Assist with training and development administration, including keeping records of staff attending training.
– Responsible for shifts’ monthly schedules.
– Coordinating new hire paperwork, and new hire orientation meetings.
– Assisting with the creation of training manuals, HR manual, and employee handbook.
– Updating job descriptions, as needed.
– Coordinating and setting-up training classes or meetings.
– Writing and placing employment ads, as well as maintaining the applicant tracking database.
– Reviewing, screening, and maintaining applications and resumes.
– Coordinating 90-day and annual performance appraisal processes.
– Assisting with providing research for policies, training, strategic planning, and other human resource issues.
– Assisting with additional projects, as assigned.

Requirements:

– Bachelor degree Or a Certificate in human resources is a must.
– Fluent English.
– High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.
– Good organizational skills required.
– Strong interpersonal skills.
– Attention to details
– Verbal & written communication skills.
– Decision making skills.
– Able to work without supervision.
