Description: Meets prospective clients, providing them with the necessary information about the organization while maintaining high standards of professionalism – Maintains the existing clients – Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results – Set & Achieve Monthly Sales Goals – Manages the organizations budget – Direct & Manage Sales team and oversees sales work – Ensure proper documentation of all members information: accurate, complete and updated in a timely manner – Prepares various packages to meet client’s needs – Keeping statistical and financial records – Oversees the sales activities of the Ladies Branches including membership sales, promotional activities and general administration with the aim of driving the business forward – Frequently review daily/weekly/monthly sales numbers with all branches to identify potential revenue gaps and opportunities – Provides the Top Management with Sales Regular Reports.
Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the same field – Excellent Interpersonal & Presentation Skills – Good Knowledge of the Fitness Industry – Self-confident and able to comfortably interact with Clients – Strong Business Background and Very good Communicating Skills – Must be physically fit.
