*Holds a B.SC in Engineering or Environmental Sience
*Master in Waste
*management or Environmental Sciences with experience of not less than 5 years in project management cleaner cities*
*Holds a PMP with the necessity of having the full membership in international organizations and associations specialized in treatment of solid waste
