Equity Real Estate Developments is currently looking for an Internal Audit Supervisor with the following criteria;
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate or construction companies.
•Bachelor degree of accounting, CIA certificate is preferred.
•Excellent communication and time management skills.
Job Description:
•Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
•Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
•Verify assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
•Complete audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings.
•Communicate audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees.
•Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
•Make recommendations for improving the operational procedures, streamlining of the auditing project by decreasing the turnaround time
