إدارة وتنفيذ سياسات الشركة الأمنية والإجراءات والبرامج والنظم من أجل ضمان الموظفين وحماية الملكية في منطقة محددة
Accountabilities:
Manage & apply the security standard procedures in his region
Adhere to strict security policies, best practices, and procedures ensuring that security instructions are carried out promptly & report back on any observed violations or security remarks
Work & co-ordinate with other sections of company such as operations, safety & maintenance to ensure that the resources are available & the company’s premises & facilities are a secure environment
Review and conduct performance evaluations for security staff
Ensure documenting all incidents occurring in his region that are connected with company security violations
Work on achieving security goals and objectives, in-accordance to prescribed priorities & time limitations
Resolve security related problems in his region; implement alternative methods for security operation improvement in conjunction with the Security Manager
Develop and implement preventative security programs, including the supervision of Security Heads
Receive reports that are related to internal investigations of any losses or violations of company’s regulations and take corrective actions
Act as a security SPOC to all stakeholders (Operations, Sales, Supply chain, HR) and provide communication forums along with reporting hub and based on meeting run action plans
Conduct security orientation sessions periodically as well as induction program to the current and new employees to raise awareness about security policies & procedures in his region
Prepare the security annual budget for his region in alignment with the Commercial Unit (CU) Security Manager
Identify, assess, select & deploy enabling tools to improve quality & efficiency of the services provided (e.g., call center, automation solutions, etc.) risk assessment tool
Build, develop, motivate & retain a capable security department at all levels in his region
Cost control & best utilize overtime consumption
Motivate & align security employees to achieve objectives
Conduct visits to all company’s facilities in his region periodically
Coordinate with the contract security company management in his region to ensure the efficiency of the service provided to the company in his region, and evaluate their performance accordingly
Cascade the security objectives, goals, instructions to all the security team in his region
Inform the security manager with any political, civilian, criminal activities in his region that could affect our business through a risk assessment
Skills:
BA degree from a relevant discipline
Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate security
Previous managerial experience
Knowledge about the company’s values, policies, procedures, nature of business, and rules of governmental authorities
The ability to remain objective and write comprehensive reports.
The ability to respond properly in any company emergency security situation
