Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
-Minimum 8 years of Relevant Experience
-Ability to manage teams and influence in a matrix environment
-Highly tactful and diplomatic. Able to forge positive relationships to drive agenda
-Excellent strategic thinking, planning, commercial acumen and communication skills
-Strong Arabic language is a must
-Ability to add value to partners and external parties through essential strong communications
-Exhibit an enterprise mindset and PepsiCo Operating Model (POM) ways of working e.g. excellent collaboration skills to effectively represent the needs of PepsiCo while actively engaging with and contributing to partners and external stakeholders
