VACANCY: “Internal Audit Coordinator”
Quattro for Trading & Services is looking to hire the position of “Internal Audit Coordinator”

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree of Commerce or equivalent degree
• 0-1 ye of experience in the same field
• Strong knowledge of internal audit
• Very good computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Flexible with work schedules

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Prepare the audit plan.
• Prepare the audit checklist according to the audit scope.
• Perform the audit as planned.
• Get non conformities and Issue Corrective Preventive Action Request.
• Follow Up Corrective Preventive Action Request.
• Ensure that all processes and policies are well defined and clear to all the employees.
• Participate in the physical counts.
• Audit stores and warehouses stock.
• Print any missing barcode.
• Prepare reports as needed.
• Prepare presentations as needed.
• Prepare documentation for the company standards.
