Job responsibilities:
– Provide Technical support for software’s Issues
– Respond and resolve IT Help Desk Tickets
– Create , modify or remove end users on ERP system
– Users Training
– Create views and stored procedure on SQL server for Reports
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor of computer science or equivalent related to Field
– ERP system Knowledge
– Microsoft SQL SERVER certification is preferred MCSA ( Microsoft Certified Solution Associate )
– Microsoft windows Operating system knowledge
– IIS knowledge
– Microsoft Windows Server 2012 knowledge
– Microsoft Office knowledge
– Experience 1 year or 6 month minimum
