Job Role & Responsibilities:-
1- Prepare journal entries
2- Follow up on Accounts payable and payments
3- Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
4- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
5- Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
6- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
7- Assist with payroll administration
8- Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
9- Account/bank reconciliations
10- Review and process expense reports
11- Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
12- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
Education and Experience:-
1- Minimum 0-2 years’ (Fresh Graduate) experience in accounting
2- Graduated from Faculty of Commercial
3- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
4- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
5- Technical accounting skills
6- Previous experience of general accounting
7- Proficiency in relevant accounting software
8- General Math Skills
9- Detail Oriented
10- Meets Deadlines
